MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide high-level strategic guidance and support that directly impacts advisor’s business operations.
2. Exercise independent judgment in working directly with Financial Advisors and their staff to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for establishing, optimizing, and growing their practices.
3. Analyze complex business challenges faced by Financial Advisors and formulate tailored solutions that significantly influence their practice success and profitability.
4. Develop, implement, and oversee critical practice management policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and company objectives.
5. Design and lead advanced training programs on various topics, utilizing expertise to shape the professional development of Financial Advisors.
6. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, translating findings into strategic recommendations for both the company and Financial Advisors.
7. Serve as a key liaison between Financial Advisor and internal teams, interpreting and communicating high-level directives and strategies to ensure seamless support and alignment with company goals.
8. Independently manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes projects and relationships simultaneously, adjusting strategies as needed to meet the Financial Advisors’ needs.
9. Perform comprehensive evaluations of practices, preparing and analyzing detailed reports to inform executive decision-making and strategic planning for Financial Advisors.
10. Exercise discretion in identifying systemic issues within the coaching process, developing and implementing solutions that have a substantial impact on the company's service quality and operational efficiency towards the Financial Advisors.
11. Must learn and teach all proven systems in Agency Development, Sales, Practice Management and Lead Generation Programs that the company has in place.
12. Travel to the Financial Advisors’ offices to assess the status of operations and be able to facilitate a plan to make necessary changes if needed with staff, procedures and atmosphere.
13. Scheduled phone communication with Financial Advisors and their staff based on their level of production and implementation.
14. Communicate with Financial Advisors and their staff to inform and train them on new promotions and training academies.
15. Participate in the onboarding process with new Financial Advisors by implementing the training to get started on our process and promotions.
16. Maintain updated training correspondence and communications with the Financial Advisor utilizing a dictation method through the client relationship manager system that is recommended by the company.
17. Must provide great service to Financial Advisors on all levels of operations.
18. Assist advisors in making strategic decisions when it comes to helping advisors expand their workforce through the hiring process.
19. Help empower Financial Advisors to reach their full potential and implement and achieve their goals.
20. Assess and evaluate advisors’ processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
--Series 65 license required
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
· Some knowledge of financial advisor licensing requirements and compliance.
· Excellent understanding of financial advisory operations and management.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial advisory practices.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
