Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

  • Process and file HR documentation including employee records, benefits forms, and onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain accurate employee files, both digital and physical
  • Assist with data entry in HRIS system
  • Support recruitment administration (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters)
  • Help coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Assist with benefits administration paperwork
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance records
  • Coordinate HR calendar and schedule meetings as needed
  • Generate standard HR reports and correspondence
