Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have an interest in the automotive industry and a background in customer service, as well as experience in taking and relaying information to managers. While this is a customer service position, the successful candidate should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and relaying information to other members of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' questions.
• Answer customers' questions about products and services.
• Listen to and act on customers' complaints.
• Gather information about customers and their needs.
• Facilitate the problem-solving process between customers and other departments.
• Use a computer to enter information, process orders, and calculate figures.
• Answer the phone, direct calls, and screen calls as appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
